SESSIONS
Group training is a another thing that I offer. You get all the same benefits you would within personal training. From the sessions, programme and nutrition. To the motivation and accountability side of it to push you to your goals as much as possible.

The only difference is that you can have a partner, friend or family member to train with you. They also get all the benefits as well. This might be more beneficial to some as it can make it a lot more enjoyable training with someone you know, and help you to be more comfortable if that is something you struggle with.
