What I offer all my clients is flexible one-to-one sessions, along with a workout programme tailored to your goals and lifestyle, so you can still enjoy the things you love day to day. Through an easy-to-use app, you’ll be able to track your reps, sets, and weight to ensure progress is heading in the right direction. I also provide support with diet and nutrition—helping you manage calories, carbs, fats, and proteins (macronutrients)—all within the same app. And most importantly, this approach allows you to still enjoy the foods you like while reaching your goals.

No matter what your goal is, I can help. I’ve worked with people at every stage of their fitness journey—from beginners having their very first session to experienced lifters with 10+ years who felt stuck and needed a push to the next level. Whether your aim is weight loss, building strength and muscle, improving cardiovascular fitness, running long distances, or simply becoming fitter and healthier overall, I can create the right plan for you.
